December 30, 2024The complex is clean and the staff is great. The maintenance team is very friendly and if there is an issue, they resolve it quickly.. They keep the building safe and do preventative maintenance care.. The amenities are good as well.. and It’s pretty quiet you don’t hear much noise when you’re inside the apartment.. December 26, 2024The Harper is a great place. Love my neighbors and the animals. There has been certain individuals not do their part or have not nice disposition's, but not all. Once they are told correctly then many of them do what is right. Some had to leave due to not following the right way of acting etc. The staff helps the best they can and maintenance is excellent.Property Manager Responded
