Only downfall about our community is there is nowhere for us as a community to enjoy our community except our garage! July 1, 2024The bad: Cleanliness upon moving into brand new unit was sub-par. Multiple areas of repair work needed indicating poor craftsmanship and fast production. A lot of bugs @ ground floor. The good: Small community with a good mix of majority young professionals. Mostly quiet. Nice landscaping, sidewalks, 2 years old, minimal traffic, dog friendly and nice finishes throughout.
