    The gate works for the most part, and if it isnt- it does not stay broken for long. very strict with the rent in regard to late payments. but the office has still always been ready to help me in any way they can to solve any issues. been here for 4 months so far and have called for maintenance zero times. Nothing has broken in my apartment, and everything was exactly as described. planning to renew in September for sure.

  • Worst experience EVER!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I moved to TX from MS in July. Blanca had us sold on the complex, she wasn’t pushy on us moving in and at the time it felt right. Shortly after going back home until we moved, we called countless amount of times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. After calling so many times, the number would eventually go to another apartment complex for some odd reason. We finally got someone on the phone a week before moving to TX and found out we were ready to move it! ...
    Exciting right ? WORST MISTAKE EVER! They changed management without letting their residents know, their communication SUCKS; no one can stop what their doing to come to the office every time there’s a problem, but thanks to them, you have to because they don’t answer the phone. They make a lot of excuses for people that are suppose to be management. There is a lot more information that I can’t disclose, but PLEASE do not waste your time and MONEY here. Long story short, my roommate and i moved out and took the lost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE HERE! Hate is a strong word, but I truly HATE I moved there.

    After my deployment I needed a place to stay and I knew I didn’t want to return to the Abbey at Jones Apartment, because of poor customer service (good news now staffing lol). So, I did some research and came across The Reserve at Jones Road. I am not one to go by reviews so I personally visited the complex myself. Mrs. Blanca at the apt complex was truly an amazing Leasing Assistant. She made the application process pleasant by answering any question I may have ...
    had in a prompt manner. She is always very helpful and her kind-calming spirit helps to make what can be a stressful time for an individual feel at easy. My experience with this apartment complex current staff has been wonderful. Also I am glad to see Miss Tiffany as the apartment manager. She has been here for few months and has made some great changes. For example: Giving reminders bout rent, and incorporating event activities that can focus on enjoyable team building games or projects that strengthen the communal bond among residents. The 2 bed 2 bath that I toured and currently occupy is very spacious! I really like the updated granite Countertops and Built in Computer desk for office space. 11/06/2019 staffing makes this a 5 Star apt complex for sure.

  • Management is Horrible - Believe the other review that states this!

    1. Failed to notify me at 60 days out from my lease date renewal. Section 36.1D of the lease I signed with this property stated “If we require you to give us more than 30 days written notice to move out before the end of the Lease term, we will give you 1 written reminder not less than 5 days nor more than 90 days before your deadline for giving us your written move-out notice. If we fail to give a reminder notice, 30 days’ written notice to move-out is required.” They failed to give me a ...
    reminder, and refused a 30-day notice. 2. Month to month fee not communicated. After not allowing me to leave my lease they added a month to month fee to my rent that wasn’t communicated through mail or in my lease. 3. Took possession of my apartment while I was still paying rent.They took possession of my apartment while I was still paying rent so they could start getting it ready for the next tenant. This was done without informing me. 4. Missing possessions – When they took possession of my dwelling, they sent different contractors into my unit to restore it. They left the front door unlocked and boxes I left behind with business computer equipment in them went missing. I reported this to the community and still have not gotten my stuff back. 5. No return of deposit. The apartment was left in very good condition, and I payed professionals to clean the unit before leaving. I still did not receive my deposit back. I was told by management that my deposit has been sent out however a month later I still have not received it. I have emailed the staff about this with concern. 6. Hung up in my face. The staff here hung up in my face at one point when I brought these problems to their concern. Very unprofessional. Bunch of empty promises and lies. The old management was not like this.

  • Management is Horrible

    I’ve been here for over 4 years and the new management staff lies about coming to fix things in the apartment. My sink broke and they fixed it but left it trashed and glue everywhere. I needed my walls painted again and they gave me paint to paint it myself. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.

She remembered what apartment location I wanted, where I worked and asked me about my daughter and her dance competition we talked about.     We moved in after our house flooded because of Harvey and it has been a great place to call home. The apartments are spacious and very nicely designed. Huge master closet! The property is clean and well maintained. It is a small gated community and I have always felt safe here. The management team is great! They've always been caring and helpful.     I moved from California at the beginning of the year and Lizzy made the process for me extremely easy. Our communication on all the proper paperwork I needed was precise. Moving halfway across the country can be hard enough, and I was grateful no hiccups arose in the process. I love the layout of the apartment and the smaller size of the community.   • Why replace Trained Staff with Un-trained

    The results of placing untrained staff to manage a complex - rotating incompetent staff and poor customer service that the residents feel. I lived on a this very clean quite property for two years. Currently (July 2016), the pool, gym and walkways are dirty and the security cameras no-longer work! maintenance requests were once completed within 24hours - the new manager says current expected wait time in is 3 days!. The reason I was aware to the staff change was the general lack of property ...
