Feeling Magnificent in Midtown
July 20, 2015I can't really say how lucky I have been living at the Hermitage for the past two years. My roommate and I are paying well below market rate for a 2BR in midtown. Heck, well below market rate for any part of Manhattan. It's a safe neighborhood, located close to the United Nations. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and places to shop all within walking distance. We are also located only 3 blocks from Grand Central Station, which allows me to get to anywhere in the city via subway or train ...conveniently.
