The office staff are sweethearts and any problems you have they work together and solve it very quickly. Maintaince staff members are also quick to resolve any issues or problems. Love this Place!!
December 13, 2020My husband and I moved here to be closer to grand baby. We planed on buying a house, but have been here for a year and a half, life is too easy here!! After all the hurricanes we had this year, we had no worries, just came home and swept off the balcony and done. We love living here, its so nice, quite and the grounds are always on point!! Great place to live; safe, pet friendly and kind neighbors
July 24, 2020I have lived here for a year and this has been such a great place to live! The property is beautiful and peaceful; whether I walked my dog at 5am, noon or 11pm, I have felt completely safe. The neighbors are extremely friendly and considerate. The Highlands At Grand Pointe are Superb!
May 18, 2020This is an awesome place to live! After looking at numerous other Apartment Homes in the area, I'm very happy I chose to live at The Highlands of Grand Pointe! It's very quiet, the rooms and closets are very spacious. The grounds, common areas, and buildings are kept up extremely well, and the attached garages are a bonus with extra walk-in storage spaces within them as well! I have to say the main reason and deciding factor when I made my final decision is the Office Staff, including the ...Maintenance Crew, they are all extremely friendly and helpful, they treat you like family! Horrible Management
April 29, 2020The apartments are nicely sized, and the maintenance guys are quick to help with any problems. However, the management is absolutely horrible. The say they will do something to fix issues and that is a blatant lie. They act like the very obvious issues have never been an issue before. Parking is also an issue. While you do have a garage, that doesn't mean you wont get blocked in/out by someone else who decides to park where ever the please. Parking spaces other than the garage are also very ...limited. This could be a great place to live if the front office personnel were fired and replaced with people who didn't lie and respected the residents.Property Manager Responded
