We had some issues with the leasing staff during move-in, as communication was lacking—they rarely answered calls or messages, which made the process challenging. Otherwise, maintenance has been awesome and quick to help whenever needed. It's been a quiet and peaceful area. July 28, 2024Maintenance is amazing, always resolves any issue in a great timely manner. They are so busy during this time of year but they do everything in their power to make sure everyone is taken care of and are so genuinely caring about their residents. Office staff is just outstanding. They are also so busy during the summer season, but communication is absolutely their top priority and they are so helpful and knowledgable about everything. July 24, 2024Once our move date arrived, it was a seamless process and everything went really well. Leading up to the move date, things were difficult. When calling the leasing office, no one ever answers the phone. When emailing, it would sometimes take weeks to receive a response. Getting ahold of anyone before becoming a resident is very hard. July 4, 2024The community is nice and quiet. The apartment layout is great. I wish the kitchen was larger. Lots of storage. Patio size is great. The mailroom, sigh… This is why there are only 4 stars. They really need to install storage lockers. Packages are in one messy room. Sometimes you have to hunt for your package. You really have to pay attention to when you are due to receive a package. There is no notification system. Also, you hope people are honorable and won’t take your package. At least finally ...you can fob into the mailroom, and you are not limited to only office hours for access. That was ridiculous!Property Manager Responded
