March 12, 2025I have been residing at the highlands since 2011. Building #2 All my beighbors are just like family. Very close and we look adyer one another. The maintenance crew are very efficient and friendly as well as the leasing office.Property Manager Responded

December 11, 2024So far your leasing office (Jewel) has made this a seamless process. The location is perfect and the amenities look lovely. The apartment itself is beautiful, looking forward to soaking in the tub and having in unit washer and dryer will make things much easier. The kitchen storage and stainless steel appliances are such a nice touch. My move in date isn't until the 31st but I'm looking forward to it.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2024Quite community, residents mostly keep to themselves, but all interactions are friendly. Would love to see some simple amenities such as a small playground/swings for kids added. There are also a fair amount of dogs, I feel the community would also benefit from a dog wash. October 30, 2024I’ve had an overall okay experience renting here. The staff is friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. However, there is a problem with the intercom not working for more than a month, making it difficult when visitors come around or with deliveries.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2024I am extremely disappointed with the leasing office. They have been unresponsive and unhelpful for the past four weeks. Despite repeated requests, they have failed to complete the tasks we have asked of them. They claim that a staff transition is the reason for the delays, but it's poor management to transition all employees simultaneously, leaving no one available to assist tenants effectively. To make matters worse, the staff splits their time between managing our complex and another one, so ...they are rarely present in the office when we need them. This level of service is unacceptable and has made the experience of living here frustrating and stressful. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve their responsiveness and reliability.Property Manager Responded
