DON’T LEASE HERE
October 29, 2024My building is infested with cockroaches, rats, termites, and mold. We came to them months ago (myself and other tenants) about these issues and they failed to act in a timely manner resulting in severe infestation. Staff is in and out of my apartment multiple times a week now. Car break ins are constant, gate is frequently left open, leaving homeless to roam free. Office staff is rude, dismissive, and overall have a complete disregard for people. Area is centralized which is great but i promise ...it’s not worth it. Do your research and talk to your neighbors before you lock into a lease here. We pay such a high price in rent in California, we should be treated with dignity and respect, you will not get that here.Property Manager Responded

DONT MOVE HERE
July 19, 2024The money you save on cheap rent you lose from all the times your car gets broken into. There are multiple car break ins a month and when we asked the property manager what they're doing to make it safer they say "its not their responsibility". 2 Kids stood on top of a car and broke the windshield, in broad daylight. Homeless dig through the trash and even use the shower at the pool. And again when you ask the front office what they are doing to fix this, they say "it's not their responsibility". ...I don't know what is their responsibility at this point. They tell you they have security, its a guy who pulls up at 10pm walks by the pool then leaves for the night. This isn't security. Every month they're changing something in your apartment but dont give you 24 hour notice that they are entering. There are cops responding to something in the complex literally 4x a week. Seriously, just look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2023They will charge you for cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning (~$500) upon move out, and there is NOTHING you can do to prevent this charge. They will also report you to collections even when you are trying to work it out. Awful!Property Manager Responded

Convenient “Location” but horrible everything else.
March 15, 2023Why would I not live here? Hmmm … where do I start… homeless sleep are constantly using the location to either sleep in your patio, dig through the dumpsters, or use the grass like my pet would. Thieves are constantly breaking into the cars and apartments don’t care to even address the issues… the amenities are constantly not work or not even available… the apartments themselves are as described “spray painted rust” … don’t let the rating here fool you. Do your research before signing anything. ...You’ve been warned. I hope this finds the right person to help them think twice.Property Manager Responded
