  • Inadequate place to live

    I've been having a lot of issues with the new leasing office staff. They have been providing false information, hanging up on me during phone calls, and sending me letters and emails with incorrect details. This wasn't a problem before, but the new staff have been really difficult to work with. They really need some training on how to communicate with residents. Additionally, the property manager and agents did not provide me with the necessary information to move out at the end of my lease after ...
    renewing. I would strongly advise against renewing your lease here. They seem to be trying to deceive current residents with false information and questionable business practices. My neighbors are also making it very hard for me to work from home. They make a lot of noise by stomping around, and the complex has added kids living above me. The noise is disruptive and I can't get a good night's sleep. The noise starts at 5 pm and goes on till 11 pm every day. They also start stomping at 6:00 am, which makes it impossible for me to get enough rest. If you're someone who values peace and quiet, safety, and the ability to work from home, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Additionally, dog poop is everywhere and the office does nothing to prevent or clean up. On top of this, the complex did not respect my request for privacy after I was assaulted here. The environment here is loud, unsafe, and the communication is very poor.

  • Failed to Adress Health concerns in a timely manner. Spray painted over issues.

    The mold is visible on the walls (bubbling) and ceilings (bubbling in main bedroom closet and living room) there was a musty smell that is overpowering. There were sewage issues as well. The leaks in the closet and living room started in October. They did not happen before the pipes burst in February.

    I applied and had to call to see if I was approved or not, she said she was looking over my application and then was going to give me a call back but she didn’t have my bank statements. So that let me know I wasn’t going to be getting the apartment right there, when I asked her if she wanted me to send her my bank statements she was like oh yea sure. Twenty minutes later I get a call from her saying I didn’t make enough but my deposit equal way more that 3x the amount of rent, she tried to ...
    belittle me saying I wouldn’t even make enough for this apartments. I took the same bank statements and went to a different apartment that’s actually higher than this one and I got the apartment with no problem!
