Building built by an experienced architect who intends to own it forever, and who included many little, thoughtful touches missing from most new construction (for example, extra sound-dampening below the rooftop AC units). About the apartments: We have all the good stuff you expect in a brand-new building. But the most important thing to know about these apartments is that they were designed by someone who wants residents to stick around. In-unit Washer/Dryer Stainless Steel Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave included Central AC / Heat And more More about the building: Amenities: Enjoy two roof decks, two courtyards, on-site rec room and gym (We’re expecting to have an interesting crew working from “home” on the decks, enjoying the beautiful SoCal weather) Pet-Friendly & Smoke-Free: A perfect environment for you and your furry friends. Elevators Our neighborhood: A very short walk to local faves Shim Sham (try the Beverly Boulevardier), Woon (the noodles), Crawfords (fried chicken; cold beer) and Brooklyn Bagel Bakery (duh)… and really, what else do you need?
