    I want to thank Joseph and Travis for all they do! FedEx failed to deliver to my door a 330 pound massage chair when they knew we had an elevator and Joseph and Travis got it from the community garage ASAP and made it happen! Since living here Joseph has always come through every time I see him and ask him for help with any maintenance request asap! Even when he's been the only one an available! He is indispensable!   • Beware- do a walkthrough at moveout!

    During our 1 1/2 yr tenancy the staff and maintenance were nice to us. We did notice that a LOT of people don’t pickup after their pets. Also, the gates are rarely closed. The resident above us played loud music, had parties and stomped around many nights. Though we complained, it never stopped. The worst thing was that after we moved out, $200 was deducted from our deposit for carpet replacement for pet stains , which were not a result of our residency. Since we trusted them, we did not ask for ...
    a moveout walkthrough and therefore have no proof. Learn from our mistake- insist on a walkthrough at moveout or you may be ripped off like we were.

    Moved in a month ago. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The office staff is very friendly with the exception of one (you can have this anywhere, but a smile can go a long way even if you aren’t a people person in general). My complaints are not the fault of the complex. It is regarding residents that take advantage of the pet policy by not cleaning up after their pets. Way too much dog waste all over the place. It is absolutely ridiculous when bags and disposal bins are provided! Also, ...
    parents should not allow their children too scream in the common corridors outside of everyone’s door. There are people who work night shift that can’t sleep with screaming kids, riding their bikes, scooters etc through the halls all during the day. The trash that is left lying around the grounds and in the elevators is also ridiculous. Empty water bottles, cigarette packages, parts off bikes, just plain litter is left regularly. Lastly, we have the luxury of gates in our buildings as a form of security, but what good are they if left open? These are luxury apartments that are not cheap, residents should take pride in their community and respect each other.

  • Extremely Noisy & Ineffective Management

    When you move in you think you have found a comfy home until you realize the walls are extremely thin. You can literally lie in bed and hear an entire conversation your neighbors are having from there bedroom. The type of residents that live here are very inconsiderate. Residents allow children to run all throughout the apartment and screaming all day long as though they are on a playground outside. You can hear evey bit of it as though you live in their same apartment. There is no point in ...
    contacting management because they do nothing that improves your experience. They simply refer you to call the police, if/when they respond at all. Management doesn’t care to enforce rules so that working people live comfortably. People leave the secure gates wide open so they can go in and out easily when walking dogs. Delivery people and cable people that you think you will need to buzz in knock on your door because the gates are never secure. The elevators are down literally almost weekly and it is easy to get stuck between floors. If you dont mind inconsiderate neighbors and ineffective management, make this place home.

Certain noises are inherent to multi-family living and we must all remember to remain vigilant in noise control when in such close proximity to others, and we do our best to relay this message to all occupants. Our elevators are a great amenity enjoyed by all and we service our elevators at the highest level of preventative maintenance available. While we are diligent in maintaining the elevators, there are instances where they need to be disabled for maintenance and for the safety of all. It is our goal to strive for continual improvement to ensure that all of our residents are comfortable throughout their tenancy with us.
