    I recently took a tour at the Irvine while attending an event. They have beautiful amenities at the building Including an incredible bbq/patio area, state of the art gym and fully equipped Lounge. I spoke with Damien who was in the lobby ghat day. He explained they had kept some of the original graffiti that was there prior to renovation. Really creative! I highly suggest you tour The Irvine should you be looking for an apartment in the West Philadelphia area.
