I’ve also had their sub-contractors enter my unit without any prior notice, violating my privacy and leaving me with anxiety this would happen again. Communication with staff has been a constant struggle, with responses often delayed or completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, the building is frequently overrun with homeless individuals, and the property management company does nothing to address it. I've had multiple packaged stollen and they've offered absolutely no assistance. The parking garage is disgusting and smells like garbage as has garbage all over the place and it’s very clear that no real effort is made to maintain the property or ensure the safety and comfort of residents. This company’s lack of professionalism, care, and basic customer service is beyond frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to look literally anywhere else.
