    The staff in the office was such a great help when I was looking for an apartment. I needed to move fast due to a new job and Ethan was quick to help me find and my cat a place to call home. The apartments are newer so they are super clean!

  • Amazing Office

    Our lease at our current apartment was up in less than a week . We didn't have anywhere to go and we were in a really tough spot. Taylor went above and beyond making us feel welcome, breaking all of the information down for us, and pushing through our application. We are resident starting this week and I am beyond excited to live in this beautiful modern complex!

  • Amazing place to live!

    I recently moved into The Kelvin, since the day I toured with Ethan I knew I would enjoy living here. My dog Baxter loves the huge dog parks and the washing station makes it easy to keep my apartment clean! Staff is wonderful and are quick to answer all of my questions, the other residents have been very nice and I've even made friends with my neighbor. Would recommend!
