Cozy, Affordable, Great Maintenance
July 26, 2022My girlfriend and I have lived here for the past year. It was been a wonderful experience. We got to experience the amazing neighborhood of koreatown. The apartment has been comfy through all four seasons. We only had a tiny problem with the kitchen sink, which was fixed one hour after I reported it. All the appliances were brand new when we moved in. The bathroom is incredibly stylish and modern. The neighbors are all quiet and respectful. ROACHES, UNFINSHED, NOT CLEANLY
July 25, 2021Been living here for a bit now and I can definitely say it’s not worth the money. Maintenance takes forever so getting anything fixed will be a while. They refurnish everything and tell you everything is new, but these walls are old. Our apartment smells of cigarettes sometimes probably because old tenants were smokers and they couldn’t get rid of that smell so they decide to just remodel to make everything look pretty. First day moving in, there was still dust everywhere from the remodeling. The ...A/C is only in the hallways of the building but not in your apartment and it is advertised differently to trick you. On the first day we found two roaches in our apartment and continue to find them around our apartment even after having our apartment sprayed. There’s only 2 dryers and 2 washers which will cost you (not free) in the building.
