About The Kensington Townhomes
FIRST MONTH FREE Thank you for your interest in our community. WE HAVE UNITS AVAILABLE. The apartment homes are all 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All appliances are included. Residents are required to obtain electricity and water/sewer. Additional fees are $20 monthly for trash removal and $15 monthly for pest control. The pet deposit is $250 and the pet rent is $100 monthly. Residents are required to obtain renters insurance. All units have an outside patio and storage area. At this time, the available townhomes are renting from $1375- $1475. At this time, we are offering First Month Free Rent. We are waiving the administrative fee and the security deposit will be half a month’s rent depending on credit. If you would like to complete an application the fee is $50 per adult. We have a model unit on site, viewable by appointment.

Pissed off Tenants
May 14, 2018I have been staying at Kensington Square for awhile now and Management is horrible here. We have a couple of issues in our unit and have reached out to the office as well as the owners and we still have no response. It is now approaching Summer and it is 90 degrees. However we do not have air conditioning in our unit. Our downstairs toilet has been leaking to the point that the floor is now soft around the toilet, and our refrigerator has been make noise. Wonderful town homes
August 20, 2015We recently moved into the town homes and we love it. The neighbors are really friendly. Everything is kept up really well and it is just a nice quiet community.
