November 1, 2024Absolute gem, and I visited around 18 apartments before finding this one! Such a relief. Great community, great management, great amenities, super well located, nothing to complain after my first 3 weeks here. It’s exactly what I was looking for as a newbie in Austin. The apartment I picked got the best view on the swimming pool, it’s quiet, and very well maintained. So far: 10/10!Review from Apartments.com

Not only is the unit exactly like the model shown, the amenities are clean and always available for residents, the property is kept clean and organized, and I have access to everything I need just by stepping out of my front door. August 30, 2024The overall experience was 1,000/10! Mrs. Angela and the team was very welcoming, polite, and helpful from the initial interaction. There was other options that I had considered, but non of them felt like home. The Kenzie staff and current residents was the lead factor to my decision to move forward with the Kenzie Family.
