    The Kincaid at Legacy is a great apartment building/community. You get what you pay for here. If you want to pay less to live somewhere else, you should go there. The Management/leasing/Concierge and Maintenance staff are stable and knowledgable. The location is located in the heart of the Shops at Legacy/Legacy West. Accessible to the Dallas North Tollway, and SH 121, easy travel to both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports and Downtown Dallas. Good mix of all ages as far as tenants go. My ...

    The community and lease agents are so nice. However the fridge inside the home is reaching its age, which means the noise is very high frequency. I don't know if it just me or everybody does the same. For people who want to live here, they overall vibe is worth it. But if you do not want to bear with in house noise, then no.
