February 8, 2025I can share my experience with the application process. It was fairly extensive, as the property uses ApproveShield, a third-party company to vet potential tenants. While my experience with ApproveShield was generally positive, the process took a bit longer than expected. If you’re in a rush, you may want to pay for the turbo option to speed up approval, as the standard timeframe is up to 5 business days. Throughout the touring, application, and move-in process, I received helpful assistance from ...Shelby and Cassie. After the tour, I was excited about the community and ready to move in. However, I do wish the leasing staff communicated more proactively—either via email or phone—about the status of my application & keeping me informed on what to expect next. As for the unit itself, I’m loving it! I have a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, and the view from my balcony is stunning. The property is beautifully maintained, and I appreciate how well they keep everything looking great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
