July 22, 2015If there was a 3.5 star, I would give it to this place. We're lacking some basic utilities because we wanted to move in immediately. But the rent is affordable, we're in a relatively safe area, and landscapers that I have only seen once keep the courtyard garden beautiful. We're in a bus-friendly zone, and there are fast food and moderately priced restaurants nearby. Plus, a lovely produce market is within walking distance, so fresh and affordable vegetables are easy to come by. Our plumbing is ...occasionally questionable, but maintenance is always friendly and happy to help. I don't think I'd like to live here for the rest of my life, but it's a great first apartment with beautiful flowers everywhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
