December 12, 2024I have had a great experience staying at the Lakes , the apartment is well insulated so keeps me nice and snug during winters. Staff makes this place feel like home
July 14, 2023Angie was the first person I met when I showed up to look at apartments here. She was professional but personable, and from the get go she made me feel like I belonged there. I have been a resident here now for more than a year, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else right now. Convenient, close to work, transit, and like I mentioned already, the staff make this place feel like home. Angie is always attentive when I need something, and she has made me feel like I can come to her without ...feeling like a burden or hassle. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it has typically been taken care of within 24-48 hours, and Angie has always been the one to follow up with me to ensure it was done properly.
