Residents must do their part to keep the property clean of trash and dog feces. When rules are not being followed fines will be charged. August 13, 2024The lakes apartment has been moderately okay. Honestly, management and the staff have been super delightful. The one downside is that the apartment does need a little TLC and the common area has an awkward layout. It’s a perfect starter apartment and the cost is pretty good for amenities.Property Manager Responded
