    My fiancé wrote a review last month and it is still a 5 star review for us. Every time we need help or just past by Alex or Jack, they are always helpful and cheerful. So glad we were able to get this place and have a safety with the Ring camera.

    Keeping it short and sweet. Alex was very kind and helpful getting us into our new place and making sure everything was up to standard and to our liking. Our maintainance man Jack has been awesome as well. He is extremely reliable. Everything we have ever needed has been handled with the utmost care and urgency.

  • Peaceful and safe

    Living here has been such a great experience compared to the other 5 apartments I’ve lived at before. The property manager Dee Dee and maintenance man Jack are so wonderful and helpful. They are quick to respond and help with any questions I have. The new pay system is so easy with Monarch being able to pay online and having a safe place for my kids to play on the playground. They keep it very clean and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. Highly recommend!!

  • Not professional at all

    I wish I could put no stars but unfortunately I can’t. Very unprofessional, it takes more than a month for them to fix anything. They come in your home unannounced. I’m a veteran and I do not recommend ANY family to move here!!!! Don’t say I did not warn you.

  • The new management team is horrible

    New management team/ office is horrible. Nothing gets done. They are not friendly at all strictly business, they want the rent but will not fix repair anything in a timely manner. The prices are too high for the apartments. I wish the prior office ladies come back they were the best. Always made sure issues were taken care off in less than 24 hours. Very friendly. Idk wth is going on now! Do yourself a favor and skip over this complex. Me be somewhere else!

    The neighborhood is very beautiful. The ladies in the office are sweet, but since I look young and dumb they where okay with giving me my apartment key knowing the apartment wasn't up to standards at all there was large spots on the carpet in every room I kind of felt offended so I made them give me another apartment this new apartment is better the only thing is I have frogs meeting me and my company at the door and these frogs only move when you kick them which is a headache considering the ...
    fact I am not a person who loves frogs also my neighbors can sit outside all day and night and smoke weed with there loud conversations and drama but I got two noise complaints in less then a week and all I do is sit in my apartment and listen to music on my iPhone which is not to loud(smh) I found out lights out Is at 11:30pm which shouldn't be the case considering the fact my rent is paid every month I understand everyone mostly works but I shouldn't have a cerfew where I pay bills either I'm not a loud person at all I've never had so much going on anywhere else I lived until I moved here

    Very safe entrance and gated community. First impression of apartment was so spacious, modern and clean. all rooms very spacious and tons of storage! Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew responsive in a very timely manner. Large parks, courtyard with pool, . Fitness center. Pet friedly w Dog park area's. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone of my friends or family. Even my own mother was jealous of my new digs!
