    The Landon is an amazing place to live. It is clean and staff is always very helpful, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend. One of the best areas to hang out is the roof!

    Having lived at the Landon for several years I’ve had the opportunity to experience all their offerings, get to know the neighborhood, and interact with the staff. Although the neighborhood is currently in flux, the building and the staff are a gem. Near Broadway, Restaurant Row and the Fashion District, as well as walking distance to the vessel and their lux stores, you are perfectly situated to some of the best NYC has to offer. I’m glad I found the Landon. It has truly bc a home.

    I think that the apartment complex is nice and very clean. I love the open space areas and it overall feels very safe. Also the building link Facebook marketplace is great!

    The total lack of compassion and monumental lack of empathy and listening skills, unreal. After signing the lease, paying the deposits, and hearing Ashley tell me at 330pm “you’ll be receiving a link to set up your digital key within the next hour and you’ll be all set.” In that hour I went to get some final necessities before the moving truck arrives tomorrow morning. I then sit in the hot, non AC lobby just refreshing my email. At 502pm the doorman was nice enough to inform me management had ...
    left for the day and that I wouldn’t be getting a key today. Instead of getting a phone call, email, carrier pigeon, anything to notify me, I was told by the doorman that I can’t move in. Now they tell me that it’s because no one is here to do a final walk through. tomorrow morning when my movers arrive I get to waste their time while we wait. There is a 100% chance I find the first way to legally end this lease. Will absolutely never come back or recommend ANY Dermot product. Ever.

    I love the Landon! The staff is incredible, — Troy, Kelvin, Hector, Armani, Otto, Trinidad, Ashley, and others. They go above and beyond to assist residents with deliveries, visitors and maintenance. Also, the front desk, make this single woman feel safe in a neighborhood that is currently in flux.

    Nothing but spectacular. The staff is A and the amenities are excellent. Can’t wait to see a Peloton tread in the exercise room. The roof deck is always a source of relaxation.

    The staff are nice and helpful. The common areas are also nice, and the apartment is not a far walk to Hudson Yards or Times Square. The windows are also a good size letting in a lot of light.
