January 30, 2025The apartment complex is okay, staff is friendly and the experience is good mostly. Walls are thin but so is everywhere else really. They have cameras but my friend got a package stolen and the staff basically never investigated because they didn't have access to the camera footage...? They never found who took the package even though there are cameras literally everywhere. So in terms of safety, it's debatable.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2025Sometimes it is noisy, but I love my unit and the building is very nice. The courtyard is a great amenity and I wouldn't be able to manage without the shuttle service to campus! With everything that is included, I think the rent is worth it.Property Manager Responded

January 10, 2025I absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and always quick to address any maintenance requests or concerns. The amenities are fantastic, including a fitness center, pool, and lounge areas that made it easy to relax and socialize. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, which made my day-to-day life much easier. January 10, 2025I’ve lived at the Laurel for the past 2 years, and I have enjoyed it greatly. It has great amenities including an amazing gym and a great outdoor space which is beautiful when the weather is nice. It’s new so everything is still in great condition.
