Very high 12 foot ceiling and a lot of natural lighting from the 6 ft windows in every room make the space feels airy and spacious. Gorgeous chandelier and recess lighting in every room. The master bedroom has 8 huge windows that could be used as a living room, bedroom or extra work room. Brand new polished marble tile throughout the whole apartment make the space beautiful and glamourous. Just 1 block to St. Charles avenue, you can catch every Mardi Gras parade that passes by. There are plenty of street parking. Private parking space is available for an additional fee. The street car on St. Charles is a very short walk one block away. LSU medical school, Tulane University,Tulane medical school, Loyola, Children's Hospital, Superdome, Cafe du Monde, Bourbon Street, French Quarter, Canal Street, Mississippi River, Audubon Zoo, Audubon Park, World War II museum are all within 1-3 miles. The apartment is unfurnished. One year's lease or longer. Showing by appointment anytime after 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday, Sat after 2pm, anytime Sunday.
