Once I made that decision, I was impressed by how smoothly everything went and the helpfulness/responsiveness of the staff. When Ms. Dee and her team arrived, they faced many challenges from the prior management but have made remarkable improvements. The staff is always eager to help and has worked hard to foster a true sense of community. They organize monthly socials, partner with local food trucks, and encourage donations. They've also introduced a user-friendly app that ...helps residents build credit. Laura, Susy, Dina, and Dee's responsiveness and professionalism have transformed The Layne into a beautiful place to live. A special thanks to Tony, who ensures everything runs smoothly.
