About The Leopold Apartments
The Leopold was originally built in 1889 and was known as the Byron Hotel. The annex, which is now home to Hotel Leo, was built later in the 1920's. The nine-story tower now consists of 50 apartments which were remodeled and renovated for the modern Tenant. The building includes many deluxe amenities and is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. There is a monthly building fee of $150.00 that includes all utilities (except cable and internet), use of the amenities as well as common area upkeep. Deluxe amenities include a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, outdoor deck with gas grills for Tenant use, a library with a pool table, social lounge and theater room with available movies to watch. One of a kind property and amenities
November 17, 2020Fabulously restored historic building with modern touches and amenities. After living in the building for 2 years we have enjoyed our chats with hotel guests from around the world, movies and Netflix in the movie theater, games of pool and shuffle board in the social room, cuddled up with books in the library, and stayed in shape in their state of the art gym and cardio rooms (this isn't your typical bare bones gym- they have EVERYTHING). When its time for a night on the town, it's a short walk ...to all the best shops, bars, and restaurants. Any maintenance issues we have come across have been taken care of same day by their friendly onsite staff members. In times of Covid the building is consistently being cleaned by the property management company and we have felt safe. Thank you Daylight!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
