The kitchen has a refrigerator, a gas stove, and ample cabinets. The bedroom is located off the living room and has a large closet. The new bathroom is fully tiled with a tub/shower. This property is located very close to Clark Park, stores on Baltimore Avenue, and multiple trolley stops. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. There is a $20 per month charge for water/sewer. Cooking gas, heat, hot water are included. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Cats OK with $300 non-refundable deposit, Dogs not allowed. March 10, 2018I live in the Lexington in University City, Philadelphia. This company took over a year ago and has done nothing, but raise the rent. The apartment is not regularly cleaned, the laundry machines smell of mold, the radiator cuts off, the building has cockroaches/mice and trash is everywhere. On top of that, we have been complaining about a noisy tenant above us and have not even received responses to our emails from the managment company. Overall crap place, live somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
