June 2, 2022My roommate and I visited in March for a scheduled tour. Everything seemed great. Management told us to apply in June because we wanted an apartment in August. Though we wanted to go ahead and be put on the list, they told us no worries that there would be plenty of availability in August. When we applied in June they had increased the rates by over a hundred dollars and said that they would have no availability in August. March 28, 2022I currently live here and it is a really great apartment! I have the 2 bed 2 bathroom with the balcony and it is always quiet no loud children and if you have any problems the staff are very kind. February 17, 2018I moved here from out of state last year and was so relieved that this turned out to be a good community. The office people were nice when I met them and if I put in a maintenance request they have gotten it done the same day. I haven't had to deal with anyone too much, though. It is so close to the interstate! but also not in a high traffic area. Fast food and restaurants are near as well as groceries and the post office.
