Great rental on the golfcourse
February 6, 2024I have lived here for 2 years, and I feel like a welcomed member of the community here. My apartment is spacious and clean. Drastic rent hikes

Horrible Management
December 13, 2021Management will ignore your issues with neighbors and tell you that they are working on it. I dealt with a neighbor stomping on floors for over a year and a half and it was never rectified. They just tell you "we'll talk to them and give a warning." Worst apartment complex to ever exist
May 14, 2021If i could rate this in the negatives, I would. Since we moved in, our washer AND dryer have broken twice and taken days to fix. Our ice maker broke and they just left it, leading to it flooding our freezer, then fridge, then our whole kitchen. When they came to fix it they sprayed dirty water from the fridge all over the wall and floor and left it there as well as leaving ice, water, and all our food out so now it’s all bad. I literally couldn’t not rate this place worse. PLEASE do not live here ...or else you will regret it almost immediately.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Best complex in Norman!
October 19, 2018This apartment complex is by far one of the best in Norman. I've live at this complex for 8 years in two different apartment and have never had a problem with roaches or any bugs for that matter. They have pest control that come by quarterly and if there ever is an issue, they come out every week at my request. The maintenance team is great. They are so fast at responding to my maintenance requests and always do a great job. I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours to have maintenance ...completed at my apartment, it is usually completed within the hour after I submit my request. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The office is open until 9pm every day and even after hours, if there is ever an issue, there are courtesy officers that take the phones and can be available at any hour of the night. This complex is safe, lots of area to walk and exercise. The amenities are awesome. Two swimming pools, sauna, hot tubs, free tanning, amazing fitness center, and all residents golf for free! ROACHES
May 31, 2018This place is literally infested with roaches. I deep cleaned my apartment all the time and I would still kill 8 roaches everyday. I kept calling and complaining for them to spray my apartment but I still had roaches. After 3 months of complaining they finally dip a deep spray and found a roach nest under the floor. Even with the roach nest taken care of I still kill 2 roaches a day. I literally have nightmares about roaches thanks to this apartment.Review from Apartments.com
