November 23, 2024We still love it here. We been here 5 years and our biggest complaint is the termites. Sometimes you can hear your upstairs neighbor but it's mostly cause they are heavy footed and slam doors.Review from Apartments.com

October 23, 2024Moving in was effective and easy. Some noticeable tweaks had to be fixed in the apartment, but upon notifying maintenance, the issues had been resolved the same day. August 21, 2024I've gone to the office a few times and written down repairs needed... I've even had the guys over here that said that the repairs would be done soon but they have not been done. I gave up. Taking away the theater for so long was a huge disappointment and now changing the way that people can reserve it has not proven to be positive for me and I used to use the theater all the time.. charging for the clubhouse now to have a few friends over for a party is not what I had in mind for my clubhouse ...either.. food trucks and pizza have been canceled several times so I just quit looking for the dates... Ever since I had the guys change my water filter on the fridge, the water has not come out properly... My outside soffit has been broken since I moved here so it causes rain water to pour in to a certain area on the porch and get it super dirty... Was told by one of the guys that it would be put on the list to do a few days after he came here but I haven't heard anythingProperty Manager Responded

August 20, 2024I recently moved, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience so far! The complex offers top-notch amenities that truly elevate the living experience in the area. One of the standout features is the gym. It's spacious, well-equipped, and meticulously maintained. Whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or just looking to stay active, this gym has everything you need. The pool area is another highlight. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The pool is large and kept clear, ...with plenty of seating around the deck for lounging in the sun.
