December 16, 2024We enjoy residing at the Ludlow. Location is great and the concierge is awesome. We’ve had and still have few issues with appliances that has yet to be resolved since moving in 2 weeks ago. Their communication could be greater with updates , etc. whether it’s by email or phone. November 20, 2024I love this place, the literal definition of a home away from home. Areas are always clean, pristine condition, which in Philadelphia is hard to find. The concierges are always present, and having someone at the desk 24/7 is reassuring. As someone who works in a hospital, hours are unpredictable, and night shifts are more reassuring knowing someone is there coming back at night.Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2024Great location, some noise from the street but that is to be expected in the city. No issues with noise from other apartments. Front desk staff is great, common areas are nice and clean.Property Manager Responded
