December 16, 2024We enjoy residing at the Ludlow. Location is great and the concierge is awesome. We’ve had and still have few issues with appliances that has yet to be resolved since moving in 2 weeks ago. Their communication could be greater with updates , etc. whether it’s by email or phone. The concierges are always present, and having someone at the desk 24/7 is reassuring.
