January 19, 2025My experience with the staff has been amazing so far, I love the Amazon lockers for packages. I wish there were more events and things offered for full-time employed residents who may be off on the weekends but can't enjoy the amenities or events offered throughout the week. Also, one thing I don't like about the apartments is the windows, the way they were made you still can feel a draft from the cold. The Madison in Cypress is by far the best in all major categories. Maintenance, excellent. Management, excellent. Tenants, excellent.
