July 22, 2024The dog run is by far the best part of living here—always a safe and clean area. The pool is fantastic too and the location unmatched. Maintenance is friendly, helpful, and dog friendly (making it easy to feel comfortable with them entering your place for repairs while you’re away at work and your “guard dog” is at home).Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2023The Madison is a wonderful community in the heart of the West Loop. The building is incredibly well maintained and the staff working throughout are fantastic people. There is a very big push for community in the building, mostly through monthly events like Yappy Hour for the dogs, Happy Hour for the adults, and grab-and-go snacks in the mornings / afternoons tied to certain holidays. Even though these are small things, they make a world of a difference when choosing a place to live. For those ...with dogs, this is the place you want to raise your furry friend — there is a clean and well-groomed dog run in the courtyard that is a great place to take your pups for a quick bathroom break or to let out energy after the work day. September 22, 2023The Madison at Racine maintains the property and has incredibly nice employees who seem to care about residents. The 9th floor amenities are awesome and the view of the city can't be beat. The one area that needs some attention is the dog run--the turf is nearing the end of its lifespan, there are missing trees, and some areas of concrete allow water and urine to pool.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2023We love living at The Madison. The amenities are wonderful but the office staff and concierge is what keeps us there. We can not say enough good things about the building manager, Ishmaiel. He has made a point to make our experience feel like a real home. The maintenance staff has also made any minor issue, their main priority.
