Wonderful staff!!
March 29, 2021My husband and I have lived here for about a year now and we love it. The property is beautiful. The staff though is what makes this place so awesome. They are so patient and understanding. Brandy is always willing to help out and give information at anytime. Kara is always around if you need anything and is always smiling ! Sam is always willing to answer any questions or handle any concerns you may have. Dolton is the best maintenance man ever! Amazing Staff!
May 29, 2020Kara is absolutely AWESOME! I live on the ground floor and have a small yard for my dog, Brody. I came home from work and went to go outside like we do everyday and the gate was left opened by the landscapers. Brody promptly took advantage and bolted out to explore. I followed him on foot and then I lost him. I headed back to the apartment to get my car and called the front office. Kara answers, I told her what happened and she IMMEDIATELY jumped in the golf cart and joined the search. Brody ...was found safe and sound, thank goodness. My dog is my baby, he is my family. And to know that Kara would take action so quickly to help him means everything to me. I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. Best living experience
December 5, 2019I have lived in a few places all over the country. Moving to The Mark at Midlothian has been the best experience and the most hassle free move I have ever been through.
