Don’t rent here
January 20, 2025Stolen packages, constant fire alarms. And If you rent on the 2nd floor they let a gym move in downstairs mid lease that has constant noise, banging, and screaming from trainers between 530am-10pm at night. Sent multiple complaints to OCF and they do not care. Also will try to say you’re responsible for paying for maintenance.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible management and constant fire alarms
October 19, 2024The fire alarms constantly go off in the building for no reason, multiple times a night. Management has done nothing to figure out or fix this issue. Dog poop is always on the roof or in common areas and I had over 5 packages stolen the first month I moved in. Also the elevators break down regularly and the keypads don’t work most of the time. STAY AWAY. Fake luxury building with cheap amenitiesReview from Apartments.com
Fire alarms, package theft, dog poop, etc.
October 10, 2024The AC system sets the fire alarms off on a regular basis. Packages are almost always stolen or already opened by the time you get to them. There is dog poop continually left on the ground. Elevator routinely breaks. OCF says it's not their problem when you report packages stolen from the lobby.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT LIVE HERE.
May 23, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE. we haven’t had a working oven since we moved in 6 months ago. we haven’t had a working microwave in 2 months. no matter how many times we nudge maintenance, they ignore us. tenants here leave dog pee and poop inside the building. packages are almost guaranteed to be stolen or ripped into. we haven’t had a piece of mail delivered to our mailbox. they say it’s our responsibility to make sure mail carriers can enter the building… what?! Save your time, mind, and money and pick ...somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
