September 17, 2024The property has gone downhill. The elevators are always broken. I feel for anyone that is handicap and has to use the elevator and their only means of getting into their apartment. December 31, 2023Experience has been ok. The worst part was when we showed up on move in day and the unit was not even ready, which was very unprofessional and upsetting. Office staff did make things right and give us a larger available unit at the same rent price. Other than that day, communication with office staff is something that would warrant some improvement. I saw that all 3 complexes combined all their office staff into one apartment complex office in efforts to improve communication with residents, ...which I believe made communication with office staff more difficult unless you live in the Margo. Location wise, this complex is in a great spot and we love the floor plan of our unit. It is great how our unit stays relatively quiet and we don’t hear noises from close by units.
