Apartment is great, the maintenance team is efficient and attentive. Facility and common area was clean. Right now we have lesser event organized and concierge service standard is dropping.

people working here is very good. no power outage under the storm. but, troubles of some equipment happened recently, elevator, entrance key, etc.

Best customer service around! It was the deciding factor in coming to live at The McAdams. The leasing office (shout out to Alvin!!!), manager (Sunny), maintenance team and concierge(s) (especially Atif) are second to none on helping you with whatever you need.
