Well maintained property
September 13, 2021Family owned. The landlord is a professional landscaper/snow removal, and is prompt to remove snow and ice. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Hallways are kept clean. I’ve lived here for over 23 yearsReview from Apartments.com
These apartments are a wonderful home
January 26, 2020I’ve lived here for 5 years with no issues. Landlords are awesome.. Amazing with salting during the winter, keep the landscaping nice during the summer, and being prompt to fix issues that are brought to their attentions. Manager (Michelle) and Maintenance Man (Keith) are always quick to respond as well. Location is within walking distance to Dales, Village Idiot, Buster Browns, Brew and many more hang outs. Only downfall is the train tracks but they only go to and from the Anderson facility so ...they’re not a busy track. I highly suggest these apartments, they have been a nice home for my husband and I.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
