A little old but comfy
January 27, 2022I lived here about 6 months and found both positives and negatives. The positives were friendly and helpful staff. I was always well informed as to what was going on. Trash was emptied often and improvements were always being made. The negatives were bad neighbors but this isn't the Property Managers fault. The place is old so many things need to be updated, I feel they're beginning to do this. Maintenance works hard to keep the property clean and completes work orders reasonably quick. ...Washers/Dryers broke often but not the Property Managers fault. Rent Across the Street (anywhere but here)
October 29, 2019Office staff will make claims or promises and if you do not have it on paper or voice recording corporate staff will not believe you. Front staff of complex retracts what they said so they don’t get in trouble by corporate for telling someone a false claim. I cannot explain in words how better it would be to rent anywhere else from this complex that will find anyway to get an extra dime out of you.Review from Apartments.com
