December 2, 2024I did not HATE living here! However, loud and noisy neighbors made it difficult especially working from home. I also did not like walking out of my building smelling dog urine and seeing dog poop everyday. Lastly, the building fire alarm consistently goes off in the middle of night for 20 minutes was annoying. Elevator was out of order frequently as well. October 26, 2024We have lived here since 2017 and have nothing but great experiences. The apartment we live in is the perfect size that gives us plenty of room (2 bed, 2 bath) and the amenities are great. Love the large countertop and all of the stainless steel appliances. I can't say enough positive words about the staff that work here. The office team are wonderful, kind, and understanding. Any time you have a question or have to pick up a package, they do it with a smile and I really have to say that Andrew ...is great at what he does. The maintenance team are amazing as they are on top of it if you have an issue, they really care to make sure everything is running perfectly. We love what the courtyard has to offer and the pool is wonderful, especially in this crazy heat. I think we have so much more for the residents then so many other places. You really have to take advantage of what we have here. We enjoy living here and hope to stay for many more years to come! Stop by and take a tour.Property Manager Responded
