January 19, 2025I love the sense of community at Metro at Brady. Lisa is an amazing manager who puts together happy hours and events for residents that are fun and engaging. I'm also constantly impressed with how hard maintenance works to keep the grounds clean and looking nice, and I would recommend living here to anyone who wants a beautiful apartment in the heart of the arts district.Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2024Metro@Brady has been a peaceful and safe journey since the day I visited and met with Ms. Lisa. The entire staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The building is constantly being well-maintained and amenities are rarely unavailable. I like that. From the open concept living area and high ceilings that maximize the feeling of space to the neutral color palettes that accommodate any decor, these apartments are both well appointed and well maintained. November 20, 2023I've only been here a month, but it's been a fantastic experience. I haven't had any maintenance issues, so I don't know how well they respond, but my apartment was clean and in excellent condition when I moved in, and everything has worked great. October 11, 2023I moved in sight unseen from a state away and not only was the process flawlessly smooth, Lisa made me feel right at home from the moment I applied. Highly recommend! The building is gorgeous, apartments are stunning and the people are so friendly! Location can’t be beat, and my dog feels right at home.
