    Great Place to live, live my unit and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My unit is beautiful, if you have dogs this is a great place for you and dog friendly, we have a beautiful gym, good parking, very close to great food. I love it here.

    The staff here (Russell, Manuel, Bernice, ETC) are all very nice and helpful with whatever we need. The building is always clean and up to date. The other residents are friendly, it’s just such a great place to live!

    The team here is absolutely fabulous. From my initial inquiry to the speed and attentiveness of the maintenance crew, everyone who works in this building is such a delight. I am particularly impressed with how prompt service is whenever I have a concern. Safety was a priority of mine when moving and I appreciate how secure the building feels. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of my apartment when I moved in. I am so thankful for the Metropolitan and love living here!

    I love being a Metropolitan resident! It is a great building. Russell, Emmanuel, and Bernice are amazing and my faves! :) The dog park is fun for my dog and I love the vending machine.

    Other residents are friendly and apartments are practically brand new and gorgeous. I wish the gym was a bit better maintained but otherwise really nice place.

  • Roaches

    March 18, 2024
    Lovely exterior, wonderful staff, but HUGE roach problem. Baby roaches, huge roaches. I've seen them in the gym, I've seen them all over my unit. Bathroom, kitchen, you name it. They have even been in my DISHWASHER and management does nothing. The fact that there are baby roaches means the building is truly infested. I put down roach motels and they fill up so fast. This place is a good deal if you are ok with a negligent property company and a roach infested building.
