    It is great place to live here. It has all the amenities like gym , swimming pool and work place . We can host parties. It is near to all the grocery stores and other places

    It’s great! I will say that making this a gated community would make residents even happier and they would definitely feel safer. It’s a beautiful place that just needs that to be perfect

    My apartment has been infested with beetles for months now. Also this complex uses a thing called fetch which is very annoying. I wish I had moved out at this point.

    Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are always clean and nice. Love my new apartment! Spacious layout, great natural light, and friendly neighbors. Convenient location near shops and parks. Highly recommend!

    This apartment complex isn’t safe. There are people breaking into cars, smashing car windows, trying to steal the car, break into apartments. There is no security or gate. The staff doesn’t attend to request like they should.

    Good and friendly staff. Location is close by to so many store’s. Walmart, HEB, many food places are very near to the location. The apartments are very spacious.

    We love it here so far! Great neighborhood with lots of shopping close by. Close to public transit. Best of all, this community is CLEAN, welcoming, and well kept! The office staff are superb! Very personable and helpful!

    It is nice and quiet here for the most part. The staff are friendly, and they do a great job of putting community events together. It would be nice to have elevators in all the buildings, lugging groceries up several flights can be hard ....but hey, free work out :P

    The community isn't the same anymore. Staff changes, grounds upkeep, etc are just not how they used to be. I want things to go back to how they used to be

    I was leaving in Texas Menu Complex Apartment, San Antonio, Dallas,Austin I really I like this apartment. It’s very quiet clean quick fixing maintenance. I love it.

    What a breath of fresh air in Austin! Im already meeting neighbors who commute on the train like I do and its barely been a week! People want to introduce themselves and it feels more like a neighborhood than just a generic apartment complex.
