January 29, 2025One of the biggest things I appreciate about The Mitchell is the sense of security I feel by living here. There is a 24-hour door man and they give you access to a mobile app that helps you manage your guests and visitor access to the building. The apartment building is also in a safe part of town while still being right in the middle of everything. Tenants are friendly.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025Relatively seamless move in. Concierge was very accommodating. I love the building. I feel safe and a bit pampered. I appreciate my neighbors who seem like very nice private people. Only cons so far are very fixable. I noticed the snow cleanup is is slow and a bit late when the exit to the garage is iced over and the fire alarm seems to be going off quite often which is very alarming. Other than that I feel relatively safe in the garage and love being in such a walking friendly environment. I ...must mention Holly in the leasing office was an absolute pleasure and made this process so easy for me.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2024Coming up on our three year anniversary living at The Mitchell. My wife and I have enjoyed our home and all the amenities that The Mitchell offers. The leasing office personnel, the concierge personnel and maintenance personnel are very professional and friendly. And let’s not forget our Apartment Life Coordinator’s, Andy and Allison.
