January 24, 2025I had an excellent experience with my lease and move-in process! The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The leasing team was responsive, and all paperwork was clear and easy to complete. On move-in day, everything was prepared, and the apartment was clean and ready for me. January 10, 2025I was really enjoying the monarch when I first move here, but some negative experiences have dampened that excitement. I can say the community is kept clean, needs minor updates like the parking garage gate. Neighbors complain even if you mind your own business. Management is good about responding. November 24, 2024If you are looking for a property to call home and a leasing team that makes sure you feel welcome then The Monarch is for you. I have had the best experience moving into my new one bedroom. The team of Tarek, Alejandra, and Ana are phenomenal. They answered all my questions and made sure to help every step of the way. Move-in was superb and the neighbors were helpful as well as Shawn in maintenance. My apartment has everything I need and the location is perfect for working in healthcare.
