October 17, 2024I just got a new apartment here and my experience was so good! Mostly because I wanted to save money in rent and live in a 1 bedroom m’and the option I found here has a den I love it! GASLIGHTING AND POOR LIVING CONDITIONS
July 17, 2024This company said the building was newly renovated and did not mention ongoing construction when I moved In. The day after I moved in a received a notice of repiping for the next six months. Water has been shut off almost everyday during business hours and hot water has been available into the night. Laundry facilities are unavailable most of the week. Windows don’t close and allow in drafts and sound from the outside. Apartment is uninhabitable. The construction workers walk in unannounced to ...apartments without knocking. Less than 24 hours for notices.
