October 27, 2022The building is old, no amenities, zero insulation on windows (single pane) & property owners are slow to approve repairs. Max rent raises annually no matter what. Mailbox & car break ins - no security other than cameras that don't show anything. Tenants are nice & support each other.Review from Apartments.com
