Recently moved in. So far, we've been very happy with our apartment. The maintenance staff is professional and any open tickets are resolved within a day. Quiet building. Often take evening walks and area feels safe.

The Place to Live

I have lived at the Montecito for nearly 15 years. Management is outstanding. Residents are treated respectfully and any issues are addressed immediately. Maintenance is a top priority and the personnel are extraordinary.

Terrible Management
January 30, 2021
This beautiful building sold to Prime management recently and has gone down hill since then. "Security" front door is often left open/unlocked, all outside furniture was removed for COVID so people are stuck in their apartments with no where to sit outside. Repair requests now need to go through a "ticket" system and are not taken care of quickly. Light bulbs are out. You can't talk to anyone from Prime (no way to contact them). Bad. Bad. Bad. With all the great apartments in the area, stay away ...
